How our clients are protected
Supervision is exercised over capital adequacy, client asset segregation, financial crime controls and conduct.
Client money segregation
Client balances are held in segregated accounts, separate from the institution's own funds, and reconciled daily.
Capital and reporting
Regulatory capital, liquidity and prudential returns are filed with each authority on the reporting cycle it prescribes.
Financial crime controls
Identity verification, sanctions screening and transaction monitoring apply to every account and payment, including digital assets.
